Ancient Orient Rice Enzyme Dermafoliant Review

Ancient Orient Rice Enzyme Dermafoliant Review, Great for Sensitive Skin

Hey everyone!!

I don’t know about you but I love to exfoliate my face a few times a week. It really sloughs off all the dead skin and other gunk giving you beautiful healthy skin. Well today I am talking to you about a different kind of exfoliant… it’s a powder. Keep reading to learn all about this gem.

This post was sponsored by OZ Naturals, but as always my opinions are 100% my own.

What it is:

The Ancient Orient Rice Enzyme Dermafoliant utilizes bamboo to gently exfoliate skin and unclog pores without irritation, drying or stripping. Finally a facial scrub that contains lactic acid and alpha lipoic acid to further help the exfoliation process by breaking down and removing dead skin cells, revealing the glow of healthy skin beneath. It also assists in reducing fine lines, wrinkles and other signs of premature aging from sun damage.

If that wasn’t enough it also has green tea extract, which is rich in antioxidants and helps to prevent collagen breakdown as well as tone and protect the skin from the damaging effect of free radicals.  Alpha Lipoic Acid provides anti-inflammatory effects reducing redness and blotchiness, shrinking pore size and imparting a healthy radiance to the skin.

Packaging:

This comes in a really nice ceramic white bottle with purple font. It has a silver sifter  on top making it easy to get out the perfect amount. I think this bottle is really pretty to sit out on your bathroom counter because of it’s nice shape and size. This contains 2.75 ounces of product.

Price & Where to Buy:

This is $24.95 and can be found on Amazon (it is a top seller on Amazon with a 4.8 out of 5 stars)

How to Use:

Pour the powder into your hand

Add water to the powder and mix it up with your finger. This can be a trial and error, if you add too much water it will be too runny and not the right consistency. So just keep playing around with it until you get it just right. The right consistency will be like a paste.

Add water to your face and apply the scrub in circular motions, rinse off and pat dry with a towel.

Final Thoughts:

I really love this exfoliant. I had never used a powder exfoliant before so I was a little leery but this is incredible. It makes my skin so soft and noticeably healthier. Rice powder is also really great at soaking up excess oil and I have definitely noticed that when using this. It’s so easy to use and it kind of makes you feel like a little chemist or something mixing up your own face scrub. I highly recommend buying this, it works wonders and is a great price.

Do you exfoliate your face?

This is so cool. I’ve never heard of using a powder to exfoliate but this seem much more gentle!

I think it’s really important to exfoliate often, too! I use a face wash that exfoliates a little bit everyday, but it’s good to do something like this every few days. It’s so cool that it uses bamboo and green tea extract! That sounds like it would be so good for your skin.

I know it is really important to exfoliate. I always notice a difference in my skin when I run out of my face scrub and haven’t used one in a while. I love that this one is so natural and good for my skin!

Yea just make sure you don’t get it in your beard since it is a very finely milled scrub. That might get a little messy! :)
