Hey everyone!

How has your summer been? Amazing I hope! Today I am reviewing the Bioré® Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub. Sounds interesting right? Well it totally is, keep reading to find out all about this innovative cleanser.

Bioré® Baking Soda Scrub

Bioré® Baking Soda Scrub | Find out if this is just a gimmick or worth the purchase.

What is the Bioré Baking Soda Scrub?

It is a a new easy-to-use, powder-to-foam formula with natural baking soda,  effective at removing dirt and oil, but gentle on skin. Dial up or dial down this scrub’s intensity by adding water. Great for anyone with combination skin.

Price & Where to Buy:

It is around $9-$10 depending on where you live, and you can get it at pretty much any drugstore.

Packaging:

The packaging for this is seriously so cute… you literally push that blue button and the top automatically springs up. This type of packaging really helps keep bacteria out of the product, as well as water. They don’t want moisture getting into this powder product while it is still in the bottle (it probably wouldn’t work as well huh?!). 4.5 oz of powder is in each bottle.

How to Use:

Wet face. Dispense a quarter-sized amount of powder into hands (I tend to go overboard here). Add water to activate the cleanser. More water will soften cleansing action. Massage over entire face. Rinse thoroughly. Best results occur when you use this 2-3 times per week.

After I use this my skin feels absolutely incredible. I’m not just saying that. There is something so special about this scrub. First of all it isn’t too harsh, but it does the job. It exfoliates, deep cleans, and smooths while also minimizing oil and also removing dry dead skin. My skin looks and feels much healthier after just one use of this.

Final Thoughts:

I am really impressed with this scrub. It removes all the gunk, excess oils, and dirt in my pores without stripping my skin and causing it to dry out. My skin feels very smooth and free of dead flaky skin after I use this, perfect time to use a cleanser like this during the transition from summer to fall when our skin can become more dry. Products like this excite me because essentially you are customizing your own scrub, the more water you add the more gentle it becomes. When I use this I feel like a little scientist just mixing up my own facial scrub. I highly recommend this to anyone with combination skin that is trying to minimize pores while exfoliating and giving your face and overall healthier appearance.

Would you try this Power-to-Foam Cleansing Scrub?
