How to Soothe a Sunburn Fast with This Easy DIY Remedy

While I was at the beach, I actually got sunburned a few times, which is rare for me. I went with no base tan at all because I just hadn’t had the time, and every day was perfectly sunny with not a single cloud in the sky. Even though I reapplied SPF throughout the day, I still got a bit burned and needed to find some relief. I found this remedy on Pinterest, and while I didn’t come up with it myself, I knew I had to share it with you because it works so well!

6.  Slather Coconut Oil all over the affected area and go to bed. This will heal and hydrate your skin overnight.

See how easy that was. And I promise you it works, it takes the pain away from the burn but also the redness. Plus the coconut oil really hydrates your skin giving you a nice I-just-went-to-the-beach-glow.

I hope this will come in handy for you if you get a sunburn anytime this Summer!
