Feeling Beautiphil with Cetaphil®

Hey everyone! I hope you are doing great! Do you ever find that in the summer you just want to simplify your life? That is definitely how I live in the summer, I want things to be quick and easy so I can enjoy the summer weather while still feeling #Beautiphil. When I wake up in the morning before getting ready for work, I always start with my skincare. During the summer I change up my skincare, to include products that remove excess oil and don’t clog pores; ones that are lightweight, and great for sensitive skin. It’s summer, after all. I like to wear less foundation so I want my skin to be in tip-top shape.

I start by cleansing my face with the Cetaphil® Daily Facial Cleanser. I swear by this cleanser, my favorite thing about it: it’s simple. It works for me. There aren’t any hidden ingredients and outrageous claims. It does what it says. It never strips my skin of its natural oils, but it just really gets my face clean. It also lathers nicely, and has a very subtle clean scent. I honestly feel like I’m talking about a best friend here, but I just can’t recommend this cleanser enough.

After I cleanse my face I apply the Daily Facial Moisturizer. This is perfect for all skin types, leaving your face with a nice moisturized feeling without clogging your pores and making you greasy, and coming from an oily girl like me that is saying a lot. This also has SPF 15 in it, which is great for days you are outside enjoying the nice summer weather. Aside from the obvious, broad spectrum sunscreen when used with other sun protection measures actually helps protect your skin from sun damage that could lead to photo-aging.

After I moisturize I am ready for makeup. My makeup routine pretty much varies from day to day depending on my mood or just the day in general. I do try to follow through with the less is more concept when it comes to makeup in the summer. On to the Makeup! I don’t use much. Honestly, I’m at work… I’m not trying to impress a lot of people, but I still like for my makeup to look good.

My makeup glides over my skin so beautifully when I wash my face and moisturize with Cetaphil®. It really makes a big difference. Cetaphil® can be found at any drugstore at very reasonable prices.
