Hey everyone!! What are you Christmas plans? Do you go out of town? Have any parties are your house? I feel like this season just needs to slow down a little bit, it seems to be flying by already. Anyways today I am reviewing the KISS InstaWave Curler, and it is pretty freakin cool. Keep reading to find out how. What is the KISS InstaWave Curler? It is a fully automatic tangle-free curler that instantly creates beautiful curls, easy for anyone to use, from any angel, with any hand.

Some of it’s features:
- It has 2 temperature settings…high and low. I typically only use low because it gives more of a loose curl instead of a tight ringlet.
- It also has prongs all around to keep the hair from tangling when it is automatically curling around the wand.
- Shuts off after 90 minutes, which is a really nice feature.
- Has a super long cord…comes in handy.
- When you turn it on the light is red, when it’s ready it turns blue, and it heats up really quickly.
Price & Where to Buy:
It is $49.99 at Target, and $59.99 at Ulta (Ulta always has coupons)
How To Use the KISS InstaWave Curler:
Start with dry tangle free hair…All I did was spray a little dry shampoo and brush my hair to get rid of any tangles.
1 // Take a one inch chunk of hair (and make a weird face).
2 // Hold the curling iron vertically. Put the section of hair behind the biggest prong on the curling wand (the other prongs are much smaller). To curl away from my face the big prong faces forward.
3 // Press the button shown above. Whichever direction you are wanting your hair to go is determined by the button you push. I always push the left arrow. (When you are actually doing this, it makes much more sense). Once you push the button the InstaWave automatically catches and curls the hair.
4 // Leave for about 8-10 seconds and pull the InstaWave straight down, still in the vertical position. And you will have a beautiful curl. Keep in mind this curling iron will curl your hair in tight ringlets if you want it to, but that isn’t my style so I go for the more loose curls. It does have the ability to do both tho!
Done.

My Thoughts:
I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve seen similar products like this that just don’t work or the curls come out all wonky, so when I tried this I wasn’t expecting much. I will tell you it takes some practice figuring out how to hold the wand, and which direction to push the button in. I had to just keep practicing at it, and once I got the hang of it it was golden. It really is so instant and easy. I like my curls a little messy and this makes them a little more neat than I like, so I just run my fingers through it for a tousled look. If you don’t have time to curl your hair I definitely think you should try this out. Once you get the hang of it, it’s seriously a no brainer, and you can have a head full of curls in minutes.

This product was sent to me by KISS InstaWave, but all opinions and thoughts are 100% my own. :)
Have you ever tried one of these automatic curlers? Would you want to?
Yes, it does take some getting used to but once you get it its great Nice review cutie!!
Aww thank you so much!! :)
your hair looks beautiful in these photos! i love it! those are the exact type of curls i aim for :)
Thank you so much Betsy!! That means a lot! :)
I LOVE that! It looks so pretty. It’s also a lot less expensive than the curling iron that I bough last year–the one where you put your hair in it and just spins it around–and only goes one way!
Thank you so much! Yea I know exactly what you are talking about! That one always kind of freaks me out just looking at it, I would be afraid my hair would get tangled and burn up in it haha!
Your hair looks great! This product sounds great, but my hair already is curly/wavy, so it probably wouldn’t do much! Haha!
Thank you!! My hair is curly and wavy too but sometimes I dry it while running my fingers thru it or a brush at night then sleep on it and it’s a little straighter so I can curl it. I actually prefer having some curly or wave in it before I curl my hair because then you don’t have to curl every piece haha! My little secret! :)
