Today I have a really exciting post for you!! Liquid lipsticks are all over the place now, but pretty much all of them are high end costing $20 and up for one! Sometimes your wallet is just telling you no! So that’s why I’m so excited to share with you about the new Milani Amore Matte Lip Cremes (basically the same thing as liquid lipsticks). Milani Amore Matte Lip Creme Review and Swatches

If you haven’t gotten on board with the matte lip trend this is the perfect time to try it.

What are they:

“Long-wearing, richly-pigmented, liquid lipstick with a smooth matte finish.”

Packaging:

These come in a nice tube that basically looks like a lip gloss tube. It has a gold handle and gold font, and on the back it tells you the name of the shade. These come with a wand almost spoon shaped, making it really easy to pick up a lot of product.

Price and Where to Buy:

These babies are $6.99 and a lot of times you can find coupons for Milani products at Walgreens to make them even cheaper. These weren’t really supposed to come out until September but a lot of stores brought them out early. So right now these can be kind of hard to find. I have heard they are exclusive to Walgreens, and will be on the Milani website in September. These are limited edition so get your hands on them while you can.

Product:

These are a really nice affordable liquid lipstick. The color selection is beautiful, with a couple light nude shades, reds, purples, and dark plums. I would say this collection is really geared towards fall. Once applied it takes about 30 seconds for them to completely dry matte, and when they dry they don’t budge. I’m talking after eating, and drinking… these babies were still holding on. If you are familiar with liquid lipsticks you know they can be drying, and these are no exception… they are pretty dry. But to me they are worth it. They are super pigmented and one coat will completely cover your lips. There are 8 shades in the whole collection.

Final Thoughts:

I think these are amazing for the price. They are super long lasting and so pigmented that I don’t care that they dry my lips out… that’s why we use lip balm right?! I highly suggest trying these if you are into matte lips, or long lasting lipstick. You gotta try these, but don’t wait too long because they sell out quick, that’s why I only got 3 shades!
