Morphe Foundation Brush Review.

Hey everyone!

I hope you are doing great!! If you wear foundation you want it to look flawless right? Sometimes finding the right brush to apply it can be difficult, no one wants streaky foundation. Today I am reviewing the Morphe M439 Foundation Brush so stick around to read more.

 Morphe Foundation Brush Review

Now let me just go ahead and tell you, I still LOVE Sigma brushes and use them every single day. But there is a new girl in town and her name is Morphe. I honestly had never even heard of Morphe Brushes until my girl Jaclyn Hill kept mentioning them, so of course I have to check them out for myself.

Brush:

This is the Morphe M439 Deluxe Buffer Brush with synthetic hair. (Similar on Amazon)

Price & Where to Buy:

Right now this brush is on sale for $13.99, but unfortunately you can only buy Morphe products online at morphebrushes.com. I say unfortunately because with makeup brushes, I do like to feel how soft or how dense they are. But with these brushes I say just take the plunge.

Packaging:

This brush has a really nice thick black handle that is easy to hold and honestly makes me feel like a professional makeup artist just by holding it haha! It has a chrome neck and super soft bristles.

 How I use it:

I apply foundation directly to the brush then dot the foundation on my cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. Then in circular motions I blend and buff the foundation into my skin. I’m telling you it blends to perfection. I’ve used many foundation brushes, plus a beauty blender and this applies and blends foundation like a beauty blender, but in a brush form.

Morphe M439 Vs. Sigma F80:

If you don’t know what the Sigma F80 is… where have you been? It’s pretty much a cult favorite among many beauty gurus. I’ve used it for years and have loved it… but the Morphe brush is better, I can’t believe I just said that. But in all seriousness, it really is. The bristles are so super soft, but yet still dense enough to actually work the foundation into your skin.

Sigma’s brush is definitely more of a flat top brush, and the Morphe M439 has a rounded top, in my opinion making it easier to apply to hard to blend areas, like under your eyes, or around your nose.

Final Thoughts:

You need this brush in your life. Period. It’s on sale so you really have no excuse! I’ve used it with many different foundations + concealer and it works great with every one of them. I promise you won’t be disappointed! :)

Foundation seen in this post is Estee Lauder’s Double Wear Foundation.

What is your favorite foundation brush?
