Paula Dorf 2 in 1 Eyebrow Kit Review:
What it is:
A brow trio to create the perfect natural looking brows that last all day. Each pot comes with 2 colors to blend into the perfect brow combo and 1 wax to set the powder.
Seen in the latest issues of In Style, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle and on celebrities including Jessica Simpson, Sandra Bullock, Debra Messing and Reneé Zellweger (is this what changed her whole face?…too soon?), Paula’s products are constantly embraced as industry favorites.
$26 which I think is a fair price for how much product you get. It’s not like you are going to go through brow powder at a rapid pace, so this will last a long long time. These come in 4 different shades. If you want to purchase this brow kit click here, at check out use the code BROWBRUSH to get a free brush.
Brow powders are very easy to apply. All you do is take the brush or any angled brush will do, dip it into the desired color, and brush into the brow with light strokes. Using the same brush dip it into the wax and lightly brush you brows with the wax. Applying wax to your brows kind of sounds scary I know, but it isn’t especially if you just use a little, wax just makes sure they stay in place.
I really like this product. I think it creates a really nice natural brow. As you can see in the picture above, filling in my brows makes my makeup look that much more complete and I think everyone should be doing it (yes I know my brows are crazy right now, I’m overdue for a good waxing). This powder is really soft leaving your brows touchable throughout the day. Filling in your brows can sometimes get a negative reaction because people think they are going to look like they are drawn on with a pencil, but let me tell you this is the exact opposite of that, you can see that in the picture.
Would I purchase this again? Yes I would, I think it does a great job of filling in your brows where they may be sparse but it also gives you a natural-non-scary-brow look. :)
