Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil

Hey friends! I hope you are doing well! I hope this year is getting off to a great start for you! Today I want to share with you a highly talked about skincare item that I’ve been using for about 4 months now and I think it is finally time to give you my opinion on this hyped up product. Keep reading to find out everything.

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil

What it is.

A next-generation retinoid oil that improves skin plumpness and helps fight the appearance of wrinkles, redness, and pores for visibly clearer, younger-looking skin.

Packaging.

The packaging in my opinion is pretty stellar, it’s clean and sleek. It comes in cardboard box type of thing, the majority of the box is the lid, so when you pull the lid off it exposes the beautiful bottle. The colors of the packaging are dark blue and gold which honestly makes me think of night time and sleep. They hit the nail on the head with the calming colors, and clean font. This kind of packaging makes me excited if you can’t tell! :)

Price & Where to Buy.

Just to warn you… this is not cheap. The .5oz bottle is $85 and the 1oz bottle is $105. Now you see why I wanted to test this out so long before I gave you my full thoughts huh? You can find this and all Sunday Riley products at Sephora.

How to Use.

Cleanse skin, use eyedropper to dispense 2-3 drops on fingertips, rub fingertips together, pat on face letting it seep into each and every pore.

This works best when only used at night due to retinoids. “Her nodes, her nodes” name that movie for 5 bonus points! :)

Final Verdict.Β

I’m in love with this… I know, I know I say that about a lot of things but this is just so special. I waited quiet a while to buy this because of the hefty price tag, but once I used it for the first time I knew it was the right decision. I have very oily skin and I’ve always heard oil fights oil and that couldn’t be more true for this product and my skin.

I use this every single night, and when I wake up in the morning my skin isn’t dripping with oil like it normally would have been. It feels soft, and smooth and when I look in the mirror my skin looks so healthy and clear. There is some serious magic in this bottle. My pores appear much smaller, and any wrinkles I have, have diminished. When I don’t use this because of a vacation or something I can definitely tell a difference. You can totally tell I love this right?

If this sounds amazing to you, and you don’t want to spend that money yet, try to Sunday Riley Power Couple Duo: Total Transformation Kit. It has Luna and Good Genes in it for a fraction of the price.

Oh and on a side note, if you are worried about the blue/green color… it goes away when you start rubbing/patting the oil in. Also some people don’t like the smell but honestly it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve actually grown to love it.

Have you tried any Sunday Riley products? If so which ones?

Yea definitely keep this in mind! It works really great for oily skin, this is coming from someone that has tried everything! It will also work for your normal areas, or even dry places on your face. It’s a multi-faceted product! :)
