I hope you are doing great today!! Continuing with my Wedding Makeup series today I am talking to you about Mascara. Now mascara is definitely a personal preference because depending on your lashes you may want different things. But today I will talk to you about some of the mascaras I think would be great for your big day! Keep reading to find out more.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara:

For the name alone this is a perfect wedding mascara!! Haha I’m just kidding, although I had to mention the name here. For me this mascara is great at volumizing and lengthening which is what we all want in a mascara. Big bold lashes will stand out in your wedding pictures. This mascara is not actually waterproof, but it is smudge proof. So if you plan on doing a lot of crying at your wedding this may not be the right one for you. But if you are in the wedding this could be a great option for you.

L’Oreal Telescopic Shocking Extensions in Waterproof:

I’m a big fan of the L’Oreal Telescopic mascara line anyways and this one is great because it built in extensions making your lashes look even longer, plus this is waterproof so you can cry all you want to and this baby won’t move. I love the bristles on this brush because it really separates the lashes getting rid of all the clumps. (I couldn’t find the waterproof edition to link up for you, but I found mine at CVS for 50% off)

Maybelline Lash Discovery Mini Brush:

This mascara has the tiniest little wand and I LOVE it!! It is great to use all over the lashes, but really great for the inner and outer corner of the eyes, and especially the bottom lash line. This mascara is also waterproof so perfect for your wedding day. This is also great at separating the lashes giving you a clump free look. Great for adding length.

These are the mascaras that come to mind if I was getting married, but there are seriously tons of options to try. When it comes to mascara I don’t think there is much difference between high-end or drugstore so just go with what you are comfortable with. If you are getting married I suggest buying a few mascaras and trying them over the course of a few months, make notes of what you like about each and wear your favorite on your big day!
